STD Screening
The purpose of the STD program is to prevent the spread of sexually transmitted diseases. Patients receive an examination and appropriate laboratory testing. Education and treatment, if appropriate, are provided based on the results of testing.
Referrals may be made to family planning services as needed.
Condoms are free and available in all of the local Health Departments.
