SIDS COUNSELING
Grief counseling services are provided by a trained counselor. Any parent or family member who has experienced an infant/child loss as the result of stillbirth, miscarriage, or death, including those from Sudden Infant Death Syndrome, are eligible to receive services.
Visits are done with the parent/family member to determine their needs and support systems for dealing with grief. Referrals may be made to grief support groups based on the parent's/family request or preference.
