The Cooper/Clayton Method To Stop Smoking is an effective program that uses nicotine replacement therapy (i.e. patch, gum, lozenge), education and social support to help participants become non-smokers. Participants will learn how to choose the most appropriate nicotine replacement product, coping strategies, and most importantly, how to prevent relapse. With the support group structure of the class all participants get tips and advice from people who are going through many of the same issues. The classes consist of 13 one hour weekly sessions. Participants are responsible for cost of nicotine replacement products. For more information visit http://www.stopsmoking4ever.org/ .
