A Healthy Lifestyle, Not a Passing Phase

The biggest part of living a long, healthy life is to adopt a healthy lifestyle. This is different than fad diets and exercise regimens. A healthy lifestyle is making health a priority in every day life. This includes proper nutrition, daily physical activity, regular medical exams, and learning to manage chronic conditions such as diabetes and heart disease.

Three Rivers offers many options from written information to educational classes, most of them free of charge. Whether you are looking to manage your weight or learn to control your diabetes, Three Rivers can help. For specific date and time information about classes in your area, contact your Three Rivers District Health Center and ask to speak to the health educator.
