Inspection of Hotels/Motels and Bed and Breakfasts

Environmental personnel conduct annual inspections on these establishments to ensure that adequate sanitary and safe practices are upheld as according to regulation. An establishment qualifies for the permit and inspections if it rents rooms on a nightly basis excluding boarding homes and rooming houses. Inspected once per year plus follow ups as necessary.
