Family Planning Services
The family planning program offers all FDA approved methods of contraception either directly or through referral. The mission of the family planning program is to provide individuals with the information and means needed to exercise personal choice in determining the number and spacing of their children.
Services include a comprehensive history and exam with appropriate laboratory tests.
Minors may receive family planning services with out the consent of or notification to parent, parents, or guardians of such minor patients (KRS 214.185).
