LOCAL HEALTH NURSE I – Full time position with the Three Rivers District Health Department serving Carroll, Gallatin, Owen, Grant, and Pendleton Counties. Work stations will be at the Carroll County Health Center and the Gallatin County Health Center. Minimum education, training, and experience requirements: An Associate degree or diploma from an accredited college, university, or school of nursing. Must have met all requirements of KRS 314.041, having received a provisional license and approval to practice as a Registered Nurse Applicant (RNA) or having a current active Kentucky Registered Nurse license. Copy of current KY Nursing License and transcripts required. Minimum starting salary $1,221.75 Bi-weekly (75 hours - $16.29/Hr.). Excellent fringe benefits. Employee will routinely work in the health centers in all of the 4 counties. Travel reimbursed. Minimum education, training, & experience requirements: Current active registered nurse license and current active advanced registered nurse practice license from the Kentucky Board of Nursing. Copy of current KY Nursing License and transcripts required. Minimum starting salary is $2276.25 bi-weekly (75 hours @ $30.35/HR). Salary may be adjusted based on education and experience. FAMILY SUPPORT WORKER/HOME VISITOR - Full-time HANDS position working for Three Rivers District Health Department conducting home visits to expectant teens and first time parents facilitating families in securing prenatal/child health services, referrals, and appointments with other supportive agencies. Work station will be in Owenton, KY but will be serving families in Gallatin and Carroll counties. Also may be required to work in Owen and Pendleton counties as needed. Mileage will be reimbursed. High school diploma or GED. Experience in a social or other health related field such as but not limited to working with children, teens and adults in a daycare, medical office or facility, school, etc. that provides a medical or a community support service. Bilingual/Spanish speaking preferred. Must be 18 years of age, have telephone accessibility, reliable transportation and a valid drivers license. Minimum starting salary $654.00 biweekly (75 hours @ $8.72/Hr.) Salary may be adjusted commensurate with experience. Excellent fringe benefits.
