A visit to the Health Center for diabetes services includes:

A comprehensive health history

Physical Assessment

Blood sugar and cholesterol testing

Risk resolution counseling

Intensive one-on-one nutrition counseling with a Registered Dietitian.
**Medical management is offered through working with a physician who treats diabetics.
