Inspection of Food Service Establishments and Retail Markets

Inspection of Food Service Establishments (restaurants, cafeterias, concessions, etc.) and Retail Markets (supermarkets, meat markets, and convenient stores)

  • Environmental personnel conduct regular inspections on these type establishments with a primary goal of preventing food borne illness incidents.  These inspections focus on sanitation and safe handling procedures for potentially hazardous foods.
